Problem Statement
In a world dominated by screens, promoting healthier habits has become more crucial than ever. Sedentary lifestyles, poor dietary habits, and mental health issues are pressing concerns. Your task is to create a technical or non-technical solution that addresses these problems, fostering better physical and mental health habits among individuals.

What to Build: Any solution that addresses the problem statement using any technologies.
Submission Deadline: June 30th, 12:00 PM.
